Returns

You may request a return on candles in their original condition within 30 days.

Bath and body items are not eligible for return.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Requesting a return

Email sales@bluebirdcandle.com or phone 315-376-2473 with your order number and the reason for requesting a return.

2. Pack your items securely
Items must be securely packed in their original packaging.

3. Ship using the method of your choice
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and expedited processing fees are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return arrives at our shop, you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for your original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
